Blooming Flowers Website – Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 1 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at  Bloomingflowers.sales@gmail.com.  or  info@bloomingflowers.co.ke.  Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized items, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. However, we can replace bouquet if after 7 days your bouquet has withered.

7. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled. Same day delivery will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 hours.
